PE Antiblocking Masterbatch:
SMA105PE is an specialize anti-blocking masterbatch for PE film. Its main component are inorganic anti-blocking agent and amide slip agent, it can increase the anti-blocking and slip performance in efficiency.
Physical properties:
- MFI (230 Degree C, 2.16 kg): 4 +/- 2 g/10 min. (Test standard: GB3682-2000)
- Shape: Translucent cylindrical particle
- Volatile Content (90 Degree C, 3 hrs): < 0.15 percent
- Weight by amount: 650 +/- 50 pieces / 10g (Test standard: leading)
应用程序:
SMA105PE can be used in the PE blowing film, it can prevent block in efficiency and in the same time, SMA105PE as a lube can increase the slip effect. In the normal addition rate, this production will not affect film's transparence.
Addition rate suggestion:
The addition rate is 1.5 percent to 3 percent compound with Polyolefin resin or confirm the addition rate according to film's anti-blocking effect demand.
Packing:
PE heavy-duty bag, 25Kg/bag.
Storage:
The product can be stored well in the original package. Please steal the package once you open it. The shelf life is about six months under the maximum room temperature of 25 Degree C. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
