We are manufacturers of thin walled injection moulded food grade Polypropylene containers made from imported moulds and high speed machines.
At present we can offer containers ranging from 250ml to 2000ml in various shapes.
Apart from thin walled containers we can also provide certain sizes of containers which have pilfer lids which can be used for food products that require long shelf life.
These containers can also be used for packaging food products, paint and grease etc.
It can also provide special container which can be used for deep freezing purpose upto -35 C for use in the ice-cream and frozen food packing industries.
Deep Freeze Containers: These containers are specially designed for storage of Ice Cream at sub zero temperature (-15 C to -30 C)
Sizes: 1000 ml, 500 ml, 250ml
Rectangular containers (Sweet Boxes): These containers are mostly used in packaging of sweets. The lids are air tight with interlock facility.
Sizes: 1000 gm, 500 gm, 250gm
Pilfer Proof Containers: These containers are specially designed for industrial application like grease, paints, oil etc and in food application like dals, jams, honey, pickles, cookies and confectioneries etc. The lids are air-tight and have the tear off facility.
Airtight Containers: Whatever the application Kitchen Container Powder, Paste or Liquid, we offer economical microwave resistant (for re-heating), light weight, stackable containers.
Sizes: 1000 ml, 800 ml, 750 ml, 500 ml, 450 ml, 250ml and 100ml.
Food Parcel Containers: These containers are specially designed for carry home food products (specially for hotel industries).
Sizes: 1000 ml, 600 ml, 500 ml, 310 ml, 250 ml.
Injection moulding machines available at present are Battenfeld, Sumitomo and Mannesman Demag. All the machines are fitted with accumulators for gas assisted injection used for thin walled moulding.
