We offers variety of Zipper profiles manufactured in polyethylene and polypropylene suitable for PE/CPP & OPP films and laminates ranging from 3 mm to 40 mm in width.

The co-extruded zippers are made from advanced polyolefin & specialty polymers to suit various applications, laminates & converting machines to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.

We design & develops zippers as per customer’s requirement.

1) Double Flange Zipper
Having Flange on both side of the zipper. Equal or unequal.
Available:- PE & PP
Can be made from different compounds to avail desired strength and softness.
Applications:- All normal low & medium duty applications.Small to big pouches.

2) Single Flange Zipper
Having Flange on one side of zipper.
Available:- PE & PP
Can be made from different compounds to avail desired strength and softness.
Applications:- normal + medium + heavy + duty applications.
In this, pouch is Sealed on the flange of the zipper, which is the "Consumer side".
The balance zipper remains suspended in the pouch [ product side ].
In these type of pouches the pressure of the product comes between zipper & the laminate, hence can withstand pressure to a great extent.

3) Hinge Zipper
Having one side of zipper profile as a hinge
Available:- PE & PP
Can be made from different compounds to avail desired strength and softness.
Applications:- medium & heavy duty applications. Like double flange zipper, laminates are sealed on both side of zipper, and the pressure from the product comes between the flange & the zipper profile.
Hence this zippers can withstand lot of pressure to a great extent

4) String Zipper
Zipper with no Flanges.
Available:- PE & PP
Can be made from different compounds to avail desired strength and softness.
Applications:- Normally used to to make side sealed bags from Monolayer / Multilayer PE & PP films.

5) Powder Proof Zipper
Zipper having broad distant profile.
Available:- PE & PP
Can be made from different compounds to avail desired strength and softness.
Applications:- Used for making pouches for filling powdery material. Due to the distance between the two locking profiles of the zippers the powdery material does not get trapped between zipper profiles which allows repeated use.

6) Slider Zipper
Zippers with or without flange to facilitated sliding of slider.
Available:- PE & PP
Can be made from different compounds to avail desired strength and softness.
Applications:- Used for making slider bags & pouches from Mono/Multilayer Films & laminates.
Sliders are then fixed on these zippers which facilitates opening & closing of zipper with sliding of slider.

7) Membrane Zipper
Zipper with one side of the zipper flange joint together.
Available:- PE & PP
Can be made from different compounds to avail desired strength and softness.
Applications:- tamper proof zipper The closed portion of the zipper is inside the pouch.
The customer can access the contents only after tearing the closed section of the zipper.

8) Dual Lock Zipper
Zipper having two profiles
Available:- PE & PP
Can be made from different compounds to avail desired strength and softness.
Applications:- Vaccume / Microwave and many more.
