Tubemill Gear Box		Hollow Adopter
Manufactured either one over other Worm Wheel type having ratio two output shaft and with the same ratio or Tube Mill Gear Box in combination with Worm & Spur or Helical Gear to give 1:1 ratio or 1:2 ratio for output. Input two worm wheel output can be supplied from 10:1 to 60:1 ratio.		Manufactured as per Din Standard with Hollow Output with sufficient bearing size to give long life.

Horizontal Gear Box		Single Shaft Extruder
Ruggedly constructed to bear heavy loads. All bearings are Taper Roller, carefully assembled of a good brand gives longer life, having centers from 40 mm to 315 mm in a ratio of 7.5 to 70:1 is available		The Housing is made of Graded close grain cast iron and Helical Gears are manufactured from high quality all on steel and forgings properly heat treated and profile ground. The high capacity Taper Roller of 29 series is utilized for taking enough Thrust Load for Extruder

Vertical Upward		Compound Gear Box
Either Shaft Mounting Upward or Downward are available in ratio's form 7.5 to 70:1. The output Shaft Bearing are strong enough to take load for stirrer and oil reserve bar is carefully designed so as the minimum quantity of Oil remains inside the Gear Box. Inspired of leakage which save Worm & Wheel from wearing out.		Manufactured in either horizontal or vertical type ranging ratio from 100:1 to 4900:1. Primary as well as Secondary Gear Boxes are carefully selected & designed to give high torque load on Output Shaft

Made as per Specification & Dimension from customer		Manufactured under Design from Thyssen Henschel lndustrietechnik Germany in 44, 55 and 75.35 centers. As an Exclusive Dealer in India, we represent them for Single and Twin Shaft Extruder Gear Boxes of High Torque from 44 mm centre to 130 mm centre
