We are looking for tape extrusion plant
A. Extruder
Output: 350 Kg/hr
With Melt pump
Screen changer
Die - Preferably EDI (1100+)
HS Type water bath
Godets: 2 Normal, 2 Hot & 2 Cool apart from holding units godets may be 3 in nos.
Dosing & Mixing unit: Either Prasad or Aero Dry
2. Winder Inverter driven 264 Manual cheese winders
3. Cheese Pipes: 45000
4. Circular loom: LSL 6 shuttle: 24 nos. NOVA 6: 6 nos.
5. Bag Conversion system (BCS) at least 40 bags per minute - 1 No.
6. Lamination machine: Either Navrang, Gujarat machinery or JP make - suitable for 655 to 1500 mm range starting from 20 microns to 80 microns.
7. Printing machine: 6 color roll to roll flexo printing machine JP or others
8. Bale Press: at least 20 T
9. Air compressors - 20 to 30 CFM
10. Chiller - 15TR
11. 150 TR Cooling tower
12. Tensile tester
13. Printing machine: 4 color bag to bag. -1 no.
