- Heating control by temperature controller
- Heavy duty bearing housing with helical gear box
- Control panel having digital temperature controller and accessory
- Extruder available in standard, vented and high L/D ratio version, having screw and drive from main A. C. motor to screw is via rubber belts and pulleys and a reduction gear unit
- Production capacity 30 Kg/Hr To 90 Kg/Hr barrel made out from alloy steel and fully nitriding, hard chrome plating
