Nucleating Agents:
Soltex produces Nucleating agents with Sorbitol based technology and alternatively with a proprietary technology of Soltex. These nucleating agents enhance the clarity of polypropylene products like disposable syringes, bottles, jugs, films, containers, buckets etc. Also it improves stiffness and stress crack resistance. This is a result of formation of large number of micro size spherulites increasing transmission of more light and reducing scattering of light. Usage depends on the type of PP-lesser with random PP and more with homopolymer. Also it depends upon the thickness of the product. More usage with thicker section and lesser with thinner section.
Dosage: 1 to 2 percent
