EXTRUDER : Twin Screw. Type : Co- Rotating.

SCREW :
螺杆是由合金钢和氮化。It is fitted on a heavy thrust housing with suitable bearings to with stand the pressure during extruder. Screw is driven by 25 HP induction Motor / Ac Variable Speed Drive coupled through a suitable gearbox of "Spark Engineering".
BARREL :
Barrel is made from alloy steel and nitride hardened, and precisely honed to fine inner surface. Water circulation jacket is provided with hopper in feeding zone. Barrel is divided in to ten Zones for heating.
10 PCS. SEGMENTED BERRAL WITH BERRAL COOLING BLOWERS ON 5 ZONES.
Heating Load Approx. 12 KW.
DIE :
Die is made from alloy steel and chrome plated.
Heating Load for Die set approx. 2 KW.
WATER TANK
Water tank is fabricated from stainless steel. Tank is fixed on sturdy steel fabricated structure. Tank height adjustment facility and castor wheel on tank stand legs provided. Stainless steel support rollers provided with the tank.
PALLETISER
Palletiser is used to cut the string in to pallet form. It is fitted on a heavy stand. It's having ten rotating and one stationery blade of 200 mm width.
PALLETISER MOTOR. (with AC Drive) 2 HP [A.C.]
ELECTRICAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL PANEL :
The panel board is fixed with digital temperature controllers with ampere meter, on/off switches, DC Controllers Starter with Rectifier unit, dimmer state, voltmeter s, MCBS indicating lamps, blowers DOL starters, compressors DOL starters with indicating lamps, main switch in voltmeter, etc.
FEEDER : TWIN
40 mm Twin Feeder for Main Extruder run by 3 HP AC Motor coupled through a gear box with AC Drive provided with the plant.
Out Put.: 100kg/hr in White and 50-60kg/hr in Black Colour.
