Extrusion lines to produce textile high tenacity and low shrinkage tape for bags, technical uses and carpet backing.Our extrusion line is the most advanced technological solution in the field of PP and HDPE tapes production, designed for the fabrication of low-denier tape for weaving and other technical applications. A striking feature of this line is its modular concept which results in minimal investment for the application. The widest range of configurations is possible, going from remaining shrinkages of 5% up to configurations with remaining shrinkages very close to 0%. Another substantial advantage present in these new extrusion lines, is not so much the absolute value of shrinkages, as the control of such a value on all simultaneously extruded tapes (what is generally called "controlled shrinkage"). The modular principle is obtained by adding annealing units, which are autonomous but always have synchronized heated rollers.
