The single station thermoformers are designed and manufactured to satisfy requirements of several productive sectors. The high technology applied allow these thermoformers to be used in several fields, as the household appliances, automotive, aeronautics, nautical, sanitary, and another important industrial sectors.
Material Feeding: The thermoforming machine has manual loading and unloading in this simplest form. We have different solutions for the automatic feeding and unloading of the part. e. g. The "back and forth" movement of the sheet/part on the side or front of the machine, or the chain driven feed for sheets or roll-stock.
Technologies of Thermoforming: Utilizing our machines with the appropriate characteristics, it is possible to produce components using the latest state-of-the-art technology: "vacuum forming"- "air-pressure forming"- "mechanical forming"- "pressure diaphragm forming". Specifically conceived for the manufacturing of thermoformed hollow pieces, thermoforming machines suitable for the "twin sheet forming" with "vacuum o pressure forming" technology and medium/high pressure rims coupling system are also available. Utilizing dedicated components, we are able to laminate thermoformed parts.
Processable Materials: All know thermoformable materials are processable on our machines, whether they are continuous cast, extruder or calendered. The initial know-how that the customer has of a particular material will be utilized to better adapt our machines for the desired requirements.
Dimensions Of Thermoformed Parts: Our standard dimensions are from a minimum of 1000×700×300mm for the smallest machine, up to 3000×2000×1200mm for the largest one. Our technical management can develop special machines, on request.
Heating Systems: The standard machine has two heating panels in a sandwich configuration utilizing parabolically shaped ceramic heating elements.
On special request the heaters can be supplied with flat ceramic (high efficiency), with quartz (short wavelength). Specifically suitable for the "twin sheet forming" and special materials thermoforming, high temperature halogen lamps with extra short wavelength (1÷2µm) are also available. On request we also supply machines with a single heating panel. Use is made of different solutions in thermoregulating techniques depending on the customer's individual application/requests, which is managed by the software resident in the machine/operator interface.
