Yash manufactures 90mm palletizing plant for recycling of PP/HM/LD/HDPE plastic waste along with agglomerator as follows:

- L.D. ratio of screw: 26:1
- Compressor ratio: 3:1
- Main drive A.C. motor: 20 HP
- Barrel and screw: Nitrated EN41B steel
- Gearbox: Helical gearbox of Elicon / Greaves make.

- Fabrication: Heavy fabricated mild steel
- Production per hour: 80 to 130kgs. per hour (Depending on material profile)
- Die: Specially designed with adopter and chrome plated for smooth movement of the melt.

Barrel and screw:
Barrel and screw is from EN - 41 - B Nitro alloy steel and dully nitrated for longer life and the barrel is fitted with cooling assembly.

Hopper:
SS hopper is fabricated for 50kgs capacity and will have glass window for the inspection of raw material level.

Water tank:
8' x 1.5' x 1' SS fabricated water tank complete with reels, moving attachments for pellet cooling.

Palletizer:
8'' having 8 rotating & 1 fixed blade with heavy duty bearing housing & 2 hp A.C motor.
