- The UST-100 Stacking System is made to work with Thermoformers manufacturing disposable cups and containers.
Formed containers are collected in the UST-100 and fall onto an indexing Palette Conveyor that carries them onward to a stacking unit.
The entire equipment works without supervision and requires only one operator.

The UST-100 greatly reduces labour required in manual stacking of thermoformed containers and in due course adds to profitability.
Factory layouts become more organized and neater.

The Palette Conveyor is driven by a Servo Motor and the control system is equipped with a Touch Screen HMI making it easy to set-up and operate.
High quality electronic components and motors are used to ensure minimum breakdown.
