Aqua Transer
Aqua Transfer process is an elegantly easy printing system, which can decorate objects in simple and complex shapes. It prints around angles and curved surfaces with impressive high quality patterns.
* A revolution in surface decoration of complex three-dimensional objects. This system can print on compound and rough surfaces with realistic effects. Finishes can include wood grains, marbles, leathers, linens, personalized patterns and more.

* Aqua transfer can print on any semi-rigid surface, from a rubber glove to a golf ball, also surfaces can be made from a wide range of materials including plastics, metals, wood, glass and ceramics. Even concrete.
* Present applications include automobiles, domestic electrical and electronic equipments such as TV and Hi-Fi, aluminium window frames and doors, sanitaryware, furniture, marketing products, giftware and toys. The range of potential applications is endless.
In this process many materials have to be coated with primer (e.g. PP, metal, etc.). Depending on the patterns to be transferred, different basic colors have to be used. (e.g. using brown color for wood grain patterns). The film is smoothly put into a tank of moving water and the objects are dipped. The pressure of the water wraps the pattern snugly and evenly around the objects. Then the objects are removed and rinsed to cleanup the transfer film with water and completely dried with air. Objects are finised with suitable top coating for level of gloss, hardness and for protection. Final drying takes place in curing machines or at ambient temperature on the material.
