Inviting a Joint Venture for Gearbox Manufacturing:
We have decided to set up a plant for gearbox manufacturing in near future and are looking for a technical tie-up / Joint venture with a Gearbox manufacturing company either from EUROPE OR USA / CANADA. The JV partner must be a reputed manufacturer of gearboxes, particularly for plastic extrusion machinery and helical gearbox manufacturing for allied applications.
Scope of manufacturing - Single Screw Extruder Gearbox / Twin Screw Extruder Gearbox / Helical Gearboxes
We are a large private sector enterprise with businesses in energy sector in India. Our Group's annual revenues are in excess of 40 Million Euro (INR 2500 million). We have diversified into various businesses as forward as well as backward integration.

1) Energy:
Renewable Energy: We are manufacturing and marketing non-conventional & renewable energy equipments, i.e. Biomass / Coal gasifier and Electro Static precipitator.
Engineering: We are into manufacturing of Bio-mass Briquetting Plant into Briquettes / Bio-coal and we have installed number of Biomass Briquetting Plants Globally.
We also manufacture Fluidized Bed Direct and Indirect Hot Air Generators.
2) Food and Agriculture:
Energy plantation: We focus on Energy Plantation providing inexhaustible renewable sources of energy which are essentially local and independent of unreliable and finite sources of fuel.
3) Castings:
We have vast experience in Investment casting and metallurgical line of business.
S. G and C. I castings: We have the latest automation technology from Japan's Koyo make High Pressure Moulding Line along with fully equipped floor catering the global market.
