We are a leading plastic processor planning major expansion into the PFT business - for monolayer diesel PFTs in the first phase to be followed by multilayer PFTs for Petrol. Though we have already secured some contracts through in-house R&D, we are keen to have technology tie-up through a partner in such business.
We are also open to buy businesses of those who might be willing to sell their businesses and would perhaps be open to technology tie-up / JV etc. We would prefer only technology partnership without any financial participation but then we are equally open to other ideas.
We are currently focusing on PFTs for Commercial Vehicles and Multi Utility Vehicles.
