Vibratory Feeder -via dosing channel :

Feed is regulated by a high ampere control which monitor the
pulverizer motor condition.

Megnet : Magnet is provided inside the feeding hopper .

Discs :
Pulverizer with one fixed and one high speed toothed disc with precision bearing. Material is fed through an opening in the centre of fixed disc.

The size of granules is determined by surface structure of the teeth
and by the Adjustable distance between the toothed discs.

The cutting gap can be checked through inspection holes in the housing. This allows Easy adjstment with a feeler gauge from outside of the unit.
The unit is operated without screen.

The specially designed disc and high peripheral running speed ensure.

Housing : The machine housing is made from fracture resistant
welded steel.Thehinged housing door with the fixed thoothend disc is
opened to the side for cleaning and disc replacement

Grinding chamber : Well designed with a small cross section and flat
almost vertically mounted pulverizer discs. The material is gripped
and reduced immediately upon entering the grinding chamber.

Frame : A flat steel construction for mounting the pulverizer and
suction box , the drive motor including "V" belt drive and belt guard.

Safety : Integrated LIMIT SWITHCH as safety device preventing
access until the rotor has reached a complete stand still.

Temperature Control : Intensive cooling device for controlling the
temperature by jacket type construction of the mill body.

Suction System : Suction system type comprising a material Blower
with 5.5 kw Motor, 220 mm connection pipe work,Cyclone Separator
with mounting frame, Rotary Valve with 1.1 kw Motor & Gear Box for
pressure free discharge of material.

Electric Controls : All electric units mounted in a power Coated
Enclosure; Switches are equipped with star delta protection ; Press
button switches are equipped with star delta protection; Press button
swithces with light indicators ,lockable main swithc , wired to a
terminal strip , all fuses included.
