For Sale - UM - 2860 - 60 inch Davis Standard Co-extrusion Line

Used 60" Davis Standard co-extrusion line. Line consists of the following:
- Extruder A: 100mm Davis Standard model 100MM35F, 30/1 L/D extruder. Electrically heated water cooled. Gearbox ratio is 17.44/1, new 12/91. Extruder is belt driven to 125 hp Reliance DC with Reliance SCR control.
- Extruder B: 6" Davis Standard, model 60IN60TPIH with 30/1 L/D non-vented barrel. Electrically heated closed loop water cooling system. New 12/91. Has 17.2/1 gearbox ratio, rated at 526 hp. Extruder is driven by a 500 hp Reliance DC motor with Reliance SCR control. Includes Beringer 6" screen changer with 2 hp hydraulic pump.
- Extruder C: Approximately 1.5" Davis Standard single screw extruder, 30/1 L/D non-vented barrel is electrically heated and water cooled, extruder is driven by a Reliance 20 hp DC motor with Reliance SCR control.
- Extruder D: 2.5" Davis Standard model 25IN25 with 24/1 L/D non-vented barrel, electrically heated, water cooled, driven by a 50 hp Reliance DC motor with SCR control.
- Extruder E: 100mm Davis Standard 30/1 L/D non-vented barrel, electrically heated, water cooled. Gearbox ratio is 17.44/1, new 12/91.
- Downstream includes 30 hp melt pump, Cloeren co-ex block and Cloeren 56" flex lip sheet die with center back feed and replaceable lower lip.
- Davis Standard 60" x 24" O.D. 3-roll chill roll stack, type DN STK 3-24. Air actuated mirror polish chill rolls. Includes rotary unions, downstream 16" diameter auxiliary cooling roll position and (3) pump assembly including heat exchangers. Has 8" x 60" pull roll assembly, driven by a 3 hp DC motor with SCR control. Has approximately 10 foot long cooling conveyor.
