Product Description

reCouppTM E-832 is an anhydride functional modified speciality polymer made using advanced reactive extrusion technology which serves as a dual purpose Tie Layer Resin.

Appropriate combination of base resin and functional groups in reCouppTM E-832 provides, in the first place, excellent tie layer functionality between Nylon 6, Nylon 66, or EVOH, with variety of polyolefin grades used in manufacturing barrier films for diffrent packaging applications. On the other hand, this product is specifically designed in a manner that the scrap or waste generated at this multilayer barrier film production stage can be directly recycled into film making again, without loss of optical, mechanical or functional properties.

Advantages

The greatest advantage of this development from PLUSS accrues for the multilayer film manufacturers. reCouppTM E-832 allows recycling of multilayer film scrap in making multilayer film again by replacing one of the PE layer material. it gives a much higher value for the scrap as compared to what is obtained by selling it for other common usage.
Alternatively, its granules can be sold in market for making monolayer or multilayer films for different applications.
